The bread is so crunchy and the mozzarella is so fresh. The prosciutto complements the sandwich very well and every bite just gets better and better. Love this place !!!

This place is the best sandwich spot in the city. Hands down. When they left Chelsea market i worried they were gone forever and it was very distressing to me.

My favorite sandwich in nyc!!! the combo of prosciutto with mozzarella is so fresh, flavorful, and filling. I miss Cappones in Chelsea Market and will follow wherever the new location is :)

One of the best sandwiches I have eaten in my life. The seeded hoagie roll had a firm crust yet a tender inside. Also the balsamic vinegar was the most delicious and flavorful dressing. The meats and cheese used on my sandwich were top notch. Not what you find at the local grocer. The young man that crafted my sandwich had a passion for his craft of making people happy. Enjoyed this sandwich on Tuesday afternoon May 24th, 2022 around 3 PM.

I think about this sandwich every day. I visited on August 14, 2022. I'm not joking, every waking day I think about it. I fantasize about it. I love cappones so much. Please open a store in Chicago and I will set up my direct deposit to it because that's where all my money would be spent. Thank you for everything, I swear I'll be back. I've told all my friends and family about it, and anyone that even mentions New York. I'm always like, "have you been to Chelsea market? There's this amazing Italian sandwich shop". People are annoyed with me how much I talk about it. I'm writing this before bed and my girlfriend sitting next to me wants me to stop so she can go to bed but I don't care, I love Cappones. Next time I'm in NY, I will make it my goal to try every sandwich. Im sure you've heard of All'Antico Vinaio. It's very good, but I'm loyal to Cappones. Please open a store in Chicago.

Amazing sandwich! I get lunch here almost every day and it never disappoints! Fresh mozzarella, incredible meats and soft bread with a crispy crust!
